Shipping
Once a order has been placed we have a 3 working days dispatch policy, after dispatch delivery can take up to 5 working days to be delivered.
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

UK Delivery is £3.85 (3-5 working days)
International £12 (5-10 working days)
Returns
Returns are accepted as long as the original tag is still on the product and there is no sign of use. This means they can't be worn or washed and must be in the same condition when sold.
We recommend to try on your new items indoors incase you may need to return/exchange.
We are not liable for return shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted if 14 days has NOT passed since purchased. 21 days on international orders.
Email us perfectpawsaccessories@gmail.com with your order number to sort a return.

Any orders placed on/after march 3rd 2021 we will no longer be refunding the original shipping cost on returns we will only be refunding the product.
Exchanges

Refunds
A refund will be sent once the item has been returned to us and has been looked at, we will email you to confirm the refund and return.
Once a refund has been processed it can take up to 7 working days to show back on your bank statement. If after 7 working days it hasn't showed up please contact us and your bank.
Paypal payments tend to show back into your account within minutes.
